Quarterly Meetings

The Quarterly Meetings will comprise of committee meetings, business meeting and educational component (speaker, discussion or pasture walk).

The Business meetings will be limited to an hour and comprise of committee reports, Presidents’ and Facilitator’s report and any votes or nominations that involve the entire membership. If membership has questions or concerns about group activities or structure they must address the appropriate committee at a separate time.
